Refunds / Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to replace or refund the item. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in its original packaging and condition, together with proof of purchase stating the reason why you wish to return the item.
Damages and Issues - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The refund of postage and packing costs for returning the item to us, is dependent on the reason for the requested refund or exchange, see below:
Exchange (customer has changed their mind) – The buyer pays for the return and the re-shipping costs.
Exchange (our error) – Postage and Packing costs for both the original order and return will be paid by From The Heart.

To start a return please contact us at laralaycock@hotmail.co.uk. If your return is accepted we’ll send you return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
The goods remain your responsibility until they have been received by us. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you send it by recorded post and that adequate packaging is used. From The Heart will not accept any responsibility for any consequential loss, damage or expenses however caused.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
